I've always been clear about one thing: living without giving everything a go was never an option. Over the years I realised that you grow the most when you put yourself out there, when you get things wrong and when you step into the unknown.
Travel was the turning point. I started out exploring Europe and then Asia, often on my own. That's where I learned to make my own decisions, to live with uncertainty and to really get to know myself.
That's where Radilust Experience comes from: turning travel into a tool for real change. Not to collect photos, but to come home with more confidence, more perspective and a bigger appetite for life.

Real change came with travel
Over time I started travelling around Europe, and later on my own across Asia. Travelling pushed me out of my comfort zone, taught me to trust myself more and helped me understand who I wanted to be.
From a steady job to a project with purpose
After several years at a multinational, I decided to leave that security behind to create Radilust Experience and build a community around trips that genuinely change people.
The best things in life are on the other side of fear.
That line sums up my personal philosophy and the essence of Radilust Experience. Every departure is designed for people who want more than a holiday: they want challenges, connection and real growth.
