2. Personal data we process

Depending on your relationship with us, we may process:

  • Identification and contact details: full name, phone number and email address.
  • Booking and trip details: the package booked, dates, room type, travellers included and preferences (e.g. T-shirt size for your travel kit).
  • Travel document details: the number and a copy of your passport or NIE (Spanish foreigner identity number), your photograph and your residence permit, when these are needed to issue tickets or apply for visas.
  • Payment details: card payments are processed directly by the payment gateway; we do not store your full card number on our systems.
  • Form data: the details you give us in our contact, quote, tailor-made trip or newsletter forms.

3. Why we process your data

We process your data to: respond to your requests for information and quotes; manage bookings and contracts for package travel and stand-alone travel services; apply for visas and handle other administrative arrangements for your trip; collect deposits and payments; send you messages about your booking; send you our newsletter and marketing communications, but only if you have agreed to receive them; and comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting and tourism).

4. Legal basis

The legal bases for processing are: the performance of the travel contract or of steps you ask us to take before entering into it (quotes, bookings); your consent (newsletter and marketing communications); compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and improving our service.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as our contractual relationship lasts. After that, we keep it blocked (restricted from any other use) for the periods required by tax, commercial and tourism law, so that we can deal with any potential liabilities. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

6. Recipients

To provide our services, your data may be disclosed to: airlines, hotels, insurers and other travel suppliers; consular authorities and official bodies in destination countries when we apply for visas (for example, the Saudi authorities for Umrah visas); the payment gateway that processes card payments (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); and our technology providers for web hosting, databases and email delivery, who act as data processors with the safeguards required by Article 28 GDPR. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it. In addition, only if you accept advertising cookies, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives data about your browsing on this website through the Meta Pixel, for campaign measurement and advertising purposes (more details in our cookie policy).

7. International transfers

When your trip or visa requires it, disclosing data to suppliers and authorities in the destination country (outside the European Economic Area) is necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). For technology providers based outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards under the GDPR apply, such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to reservas@radilust.com. Please state which right you are exercising and, if needed to verify your identity, enclose a copy of your ID document.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

9. Security

Radilust Experience applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and restricted access to travel documents.

10. Minors

Our services are not aimed at children under 14. We only process data about travellers who are minors when it is provided by their parent or legal guardian as part of a booking.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The current version will always be published on this page.
