TRAVEL WITHOUT COMPROMISING WHO YOU ARE

Rooms are for two people, so you're as comfortable as possible. If you sign up on your own, you'll share with another traveller of the same sex. If you've signed up as a couple, you'll have your own private room with a double bed. And if you sign up with a friend, you can share a room together. We'll only add a triple room if the make-up of the group leaves us no other choice, and that's very rare. The other exception is destinations where we might sleep in khaimas (traditional tents) or yurts, such as Kyrgyzstan. There we can't guarantee rooms for two, so they could be shared by 3 or 4 people. These are exceptional cases that depend on the destination, and they're usually for just one night.

We list everything on each trip page, as it depends on the destination. But every trip is organised so that all you have to think about is enjoying the experience. We usually include top-quality accommodation, transfers, guides where needed, excursions, activities… Your best bet is to open the trip you're interested in, where you'll see it all in detail. No surprises, and none of the ‘optional’ extras to pay at the destination that other travel agencies often charge.

Yes. You can sign up more than one person and enter everyone's details. We'll see it in your booking, know straight away that you're travelling together, and arrange the rooms so you stay together.

Every trip has a trip coordinator who leads the group and is responsible for it. Your coordinator is your go-to person for the whole trip: they'll live the adventure as one of the group and make sure everyone is having an unforgettable experience. Their job is to keep the itinerary on track, sort out any issues, coordinate transfers and give their full support to everyone in the group. You'll travel with the peace of mind of knowing you're with an experienced traveller who knows the route inside out and can handle whatever comes up along the way.

We offer several ways to pay, to make signing up for our adventures as easy as possible. - You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. All payments go through 100% secure payment gateways. - By bank transfer. Just choose this option when you sign up and we'll send you everything you need to complete the payment.

Yes! Usually 7 to 15 days before departure we set up a WhatsApp group with everyone on the trip, so we can get to know each other, answer any last-minute questions and break the ice.

Yes — in fact, we try to leave a free day on every trip. That's the day when everyone can do their own thing: try an activity they're into, go shopping and enjoy it their way.

Our trips normally go ahead and fill up. In the unlikely event that one doesn't, we deal with any changes or cancellations well in advance: we'll get in touch and keep you informed, so you can choose between switching to another trip or a guaranteed full refund.

In the run-up to your trip, from the moment you sign up until departure, we'll keep you posted on every detail, your flight times and everything you need to know. Plus, before we set off, we'll run a Q&A in the WhatsApp group and share all the information and important reminders, so you travel 100% prepared.
