Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you book and travel with Radilust Experience.

Booking, payments and your place

Yes. Once you've paid the first amount, your place is confirmed. You can pay the rest in instalments, following the dates and conditions set out in your welcome email.
A group departure needs at least 10 travellers to go ahead. If that minimum isn't reached, the departure is cancelled and your refund is processed.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the group is full, you'll go on the waiting list and we'll let you know if a place opens up.

Cancellations and changes

If RADILUST EXPERIENCE has to cancel due to force majeure (for example, serious restrictions at the destination), we'll offer you new dates. If the trip is cancelled for good, the corresponding refund will be processed.

Travel requirements and documents

It depends on the destination and your nationality. We're happy to point you in the right direction, but it's each traveller's responsibility to check and meet the entry requirements.
Each country may ask for specific documents or conditions. If the group can't travel because of general restrictions, we'll offer you alternatives. If the problem only affects you because you don't meet the requirements, any related costs are your responsibility.
A few days before departure we set up the trip's WhatsApp group for coordination and any questions. Tickets are sent after check-in, usually the day before each flight.

Insurance, health and COVID

It isn't always compulsory, but we strongly recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance. When it comes to medical issues, mishaps and last-minute changes, it makes a huge difference.
If you test positive before departure, you won't be able to travel. You'll need to deal with it through your cancellation insurance for any possible refund. If you're not covered, the cancellation conditions apply.
Any extra costs (quarantine, changes to transport, extra nights, etc.) depend on your policy. RADILUST EXPERIENCE will be by your side and help you sort everything out while it lasts.
Yes. Our travellers get a 5% discount with IATI through this direct link: https://www.iatiseguros.com/contrato_agencia.phtml?id=1347&r=60843228892823. We recommend having a look before you confirm your trip.

Accommodation, transport and spending money

If you're travelling on your own, you'll normally share a room with another solo traveller of the same sex. We can also look into a single room, subject to a supplement and availability.
Yes, unless the trip page says otherwise. We include the main transfers on the itinerary (airport runs and journeys between cities); getting around on your own during free time isn't usually included.
For key journeys we use organised private transport. During free time you can take taxis, Uber, tuk-tuks or public transport, depending on the destination.
Yes, we recommend bringing enough cash for the unexpected or for places that don't take cards. As a sensible guide, at least €300.
Meals that aren't specified, optional activities, personal shopping, taxis outside the itinerary and other personal expenses aren't usually included.
Yes. Although many hotels and restaurants have Wi-Fi, a local SIM or eSIM helps you stay connected at all times so the group can keep in touch.

Group life and who travels with us

For people who want to travel, share and meet new people with a positive attitude. Everyone is welcome; what matters is that you add to the good atmosphere.
Yes. As well as the activities and excursions in the programme, we always leave some free time so you can enjoy the destination at your own pace.
We aim for a respectful, friendly and positive atmosphere. Our team keeps the group going, but we also ask everyone to get involved and treat each other with respect.
You'll have a go-to person throughout the trip to coordinate everything, sort out any issues and help with any practical questions.
Yes, we often share moments from the trip. If you'd rather not appear, just let us know and we'll respect that.
Yes. We make every effort to find halal options and, if you have a special diet or allergies, let us know before the trip so we can take it into account.
